Hello, Sally...wish i could talk to you. Got the same news las March 9. The Ddrs removed a large "mass" (20cm in diameter) located outside to the left pat of the Uterus. After biopsy they said is High Grade (#3) LMS. It is a rare cancer they said but surgery was OK it removed the whole mass but they still recommend radtheraphy (Chemo does not work withthis cancer) The Dr has scare me a lot with Rad side-effects (may be permanent damage to colon or prostrate, etc.)and worst consequences if I do not have it at all since it can recurre inthe same area (Rad will protect teh pelvis area bu tstill i amvulnerable for LMS to show up elsewhere....) I'am not sure I should go to Rad. I do not know what happen to people ....Pl;ease tell me how are you doing!
